LakeLand Village Amenities

LakeLand Village Lifestyle
Residents of LakeLand Village are friendly, fun and ready to play. They enjoy three private parks on the lake, including a covered picnic area with wood-burning stoves for barbecueing, a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts, and practice greens. The golf course is open to the public on a greens fee basis, but residents may join the Golf and Country Club and receive special privileges, including unlimited golf.

Anderson Lake
This private, 50-acre, spring-fed lake is perfect for swimming, sailing and fishing. Anderson Lake is stocked each year with rainbow trout, allowing members and guests to enjoy year 'round fishing with no license required. Annual fishing derbies are sponsored by the Homeowners' Association.

The Clubhouse and Restaurant
This 6,000 square-foot complex houses the LakeLand Village Clubhouse, available for group gatherings, and the Lakeside Bistro', a cozy, gourmet restaurant overlooking the trout pond. Consistently ranked "tops" in atmosphere by residents, the Bistro' specializes in casual fine dining, featuring steaks, seafood and pasta. Banquet facilities for golf club members and guests are also available.

The Village of Allyn

This small and inviting village is known to locals as "Allyn by the Bay." Overlooking Case Inlet on the North Bay of Puget Sound, Allyn is located in Mason County along State Route 3. LakeLand Village is situated just up the hill from the center of town. Shopping is convenient and easy with a variety of unique shops along with three restaurants, a post office, grocery store and bank located nearby. The community is served by a fully-staffed fire station with emergency medical services.

Port of Allyn
The Port owns and operates the Allyn Waterfront Park on State Route 3 in downtown Allyn. The park's beautiful gazebo, created by the Allyn Community Association, serves as the gathering place for the annual salmon bake and many other local events. This lovely park with its waterfront boardwalk, well-tended gardens and children's playground, is popular with both residents and visitors. A boat launch ramp and public dock with moorage and pump-out station provides unlimited access to the mild waters of south Puget Sound.
